We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to monetize our extensive small business network by securing brand partnerships and advertising placements across our high-traffic digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct targeted outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and secure advertising sponsors.
- Pitching & Solution Selling: Present and pitch customized advertising packages across UENI’s digital ecosystem (newsletters, platform dashboard, and transactional emails) tailored to sponsor goals.
- Pipeline Management: Own the full sales lifecycle from initial lead generation and outreach to negotiation, contracting, and closing.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue goals by securing strategic advertising partners.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Monthly Target: Close at least 1 deal per month generating a minimum guaranteed revenue of $5,000.
